Solution

To force a reset of the Solid Edge User Cloud Authentication.

  • Delete the default web browser history; going back the last 24 hours should be sufficient.

    Delete all files and folders under "C:\Users\<user_name>\AppData\Local\Siemens\Solid Edge\".

    If authentication is reset correctly the user should be presented with the Siemens Authentication page again when next trying to access the Solid Edge Cloud Gateway:
