Solid Edge What does the option "Export Filled PMIs" mean in the Step.ini file of Solid Edge ?

What does the parameter "Export Filled PMIs" mean, when set in the Step.ini file for Solid Edge for files to be exported to STEP?

Filled PMIs will export the filled text and arrows for PMIs, whereas when this option is off, it will export the polyline data with hollow PMIs, as shown in the respective images, below.
