Solid Edge Options file "vendor.opt" not being used by FlexNet licensing

The customer has implemented the "vendor.opt" file, but it is not read by the license manager.

How to make the Siemens License Server (SLS/SALT) make use of the options file?

This is what is needed:

-place the options file in the FlexNet install folder, "C:\Program Files\Siemens\License Server".-add the name of the options file in the used license file, after the vendor daemon name.

[If placed in another location include the full search path]

-restart the License server

Now the Licens server picks up the options file, as seen in the "saltd.log".
