Details
The following environment variable set to allow multiple parts lists:
UGII_UPDATE_ALL_ID_SYMBOLS_WITH_PLIST = 0
Performing a 'Copy' on the Parts List will cause the following Internal Error:
Solution
Examine if following Customer Defaults is turned ON:
Customer Defaults > Gateway > Export > PDF > Teamcenter Integration tab > Save PDF of Drawing
Turning the above option OFF will resolve the issue.

The issue is fixed in NX2312.4502 and NX2406.
