Details

The Check-mate test “Check Single Reference Set/Object Mapping” is useful to ensure that a specified reference set contains only proper object.

But upon executing this test on a newly created file contain a solid body, which the body resides in Model Reference set as specified by Customer Defaults, the check mate test reports failure due to existence of Lightweight body. But why?

Solution

The failure detected from above use case is caused by lightweight body generated automatically in the MODEL reference set. There is Customer Defaults that controls this automatic lightweight body generation in the MODEL reference set, if the automatic generated Lightweight bodies are not required, it can be prevented by:

Customer Defaults -> Assemblies -> Site Standards -> Lightweight Representations -> Automatic Lightweight Generation for, selects None
