NX 'Use Transparency for Undocked UI Components' is not working for tabs

'Use Transparency for Undocked UI Components' is not working for individual undocked tabs.

The User Interface Preferences option 'Use Transparency for Undocked UI Components' only works for the entire Ribbon Bar and not individual tabs of the Ribbon Bar.  On the other hand, this option does apply to individual floating Resource Bar tabs as seen below in the screen shot from NX 2406.
