Tecnomatix Process Simulate Standalone Failing to install

Process Simulate is installed but the license is not recognized.

License supports TN70145C  Process Simulate Standalone.  EMServer or Teamcenter versions will not work with PS Standalone on license.
Click on shortcut on PS Standalone works without license error.
