NX Sketch curve gets deleted when trying to trim it

After creating a sketch curve in a drawing view, when attempting to trim it with a hidden line shape, the sketch curve is deleted.

Reproduced Steps:

1. Prepare a model ( a box solid) and a drawing view

2. Create a sketch curve > Trim command > select the sketch curve as Curve to Trim

Before selecting:

This behavior is working as expected.

The system searches for boundary curves among objects belonging to the same sketch. If no boundary curve exists, the sketch curve is completely deleted.

Workaround: Explicitly select boundary curves instead of automatically searching. (Select the boundary curves without first selecting the sketch curve to trim.)

This behavior is the same in 3D modeling environment.
