NX How to add a part to the Routing assembly.

A new User was given the task to replace a bolt in a routing assembly and the User did not see an option for a Bolt in the Routing library when using Place Part..

The part is a fastener part, if the part resides in Teamcenter the User can use the Assembly tools for "Add Component" then remove the original bolt and add the new bolt.
