Solid Edge Where Is the License Management (LMAdmin) Site?

I am looking for the License Management (LMAdmin) site in order to do registrations, license downloads and so on for Solid Edge.

Scroll down on the next page to Support links and select License Management 

To access the License Management site a Webkey Account is needed.
