In this example, a user has a Solid Edge Sheet Metal part that is composed of a Lofted Flange.
The Lofted Flange itself, is defined as having 30 formed bend lines.
The user creates a drawing and places a view of the Flat Pattern. They then define a Bend Table for this Drawing View. However, the resultant Bend Table indicates only one bend.
Even deleting the existing Bend Table and recreating it has no effect.
SolutionIn the Sheet Metal Part, go to Tools -> Bend Table and check whether 'Include Lofted Flange bend lines' is turned OFF.
If it is, turn it ON. This will include the triangular hit lines, which treats the bends individually, thereby including an entry for each bend in the table. Consequently, all the bend lines will now be listed.
Return to the drawing and update the Drawing View. Now the Bend Table will be appear correctly.
If you want to show the corresponding bend sequence callouts (%BI) properly formatted, it is advisable to delete the existing Bend Table and recreate it.
