NX How to determine problem area when combine curves fails?

User broke up a curve into 200 segments, now the User wants to get curves back to a single curve. When using the composite curve option it fails the error that curves were not connected. 

This error could be caused by having Curves on top of Curves, or curves having an overlap. One method to find the problem areas is to use the Single Curve selection option then rectangle around half of the curves and see if it works for that area. If it fails in that particular area then narrow the problem down to a set of curves and fix it. The User should be able to select all the curves using Tangent or Connected curves selection options and create the single curve.
