Solid Edge Solid Edge Inspector Error When Creating a CN List

In the Solid Edge draft environment, when the user tries to apply Ballooning and create a new CN (Characteristic Number) list the following Solid Edge Inspector error occurs:

This happens when the General Tolerances Table is not defined.

To solve this problem you need to select the "General Tolerances" command from Solid Edge Inspector menu:

and select from "Description" one of the Defined Tolerance Tables:

Then the Ballooning operation will be correctly executed:
