Solid Edge Extension of Conic Face with Move/Offset Faces Commands Not Correct

The user has a Solid Edge part and creates a revolved feature as defined in the sketch below, where there is a 45° angle and a fixture point of 15mm:

 The user then selects the Move Faces command, with the intent of moving/dragging the circular face indicated, in order to extend the conical surface.

The problem is that the cylindrical face will be lengthened whilst the customer expects the conical face to be lengthened:

 This is the expected result:

Edit the sketch and change the 45 degree angle as  44.9999 degree and the conical face will be correctly lengthened.

This should be accurate enough for the resulting model to be within manufacturing tolerances.
