Solution

You will have to log on to the Siemens Software Center. Since you have a new machine, you may have to download and install the Siemens Software Center App again.

You can download the "Siemens Software Center" from here: https://www.sw.siemens.com/page/siemens-software-center

Once you have downloaded and installed the Siemens Software Center App, login to it with your Subscription account login credentials. The username should be your email address. Once the Software Center App starts you will have an option to download and install Solid Edge. If Solid Edge is already installed you will see the option to Activate. Once Activation is completed you will be able to start Solid Edge.
