In this example, the user added some similar adjustable assemblies (lifting cylinders) into a main assembly, and wants to set them to "rigid" to lock them at different positions (pull-out width).
Selecting the whole cylinder assembly, including all parts, will lead to a redmark and will not update relations anymore.
SolutionMake sure you have not selected the whole adjustable assembly. This will "lock" the assembly itself, and all parts inside, so they will block recalculation.
The solution is to just select the parts inside to be set to rigid (cylinder and rod). This will lock both parts, and assembly itself keeps valid relations.
