Solid Edge Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing symbols are not correctly displayed

Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) symbols are not correctly displayed on the Solid Edge draft e.g.

This will occur when the Solid Edge fonts have not been installed onto the workstation e.g.

Start > Control Panel > Appearance and Personalisation > Fonts

The Solid Edge fonts can be downloaded and installed separately without having to uninstall and reinstall Solid Edge.

In Support Center locate the Solid Edge Add-ons download section for your Solid Edge version and download the Solid Edge fonts:

Open the downloaded Zip file and extract the content of the Fonts folder into a temp folder.

Select all the extracted fonts and right-click > Install for all users

If promoted that the font is already installed and do you want to replace it select Yes to replace all fonts

The Solid Edge fonts are now successfully installed

Restart Solid Edge and the missing GD&T symbols will now be correctly displayed
