End of Standard Maintenance for Solid Edge 2024 (v2310) suite of product is listed below. 
These dates define when Siemens Digital Industries Software will discontinue providing ongoing maintenance releases, along with the last Teamcenter release supported.  After these dates, no further maintenance releases will be issued for the corresponding Solid Edge version.

Solid Edge Version End of Maintenance Dates

2024 (v2310) End of Maintenance (EoM):             
31st January 2025
2024 (v2310) Extended Support Until:                  31st July 2025

Mainstream Support is 15 month of Update support from the Release to Manufacturing (RTM) Date. 
Extended Support is End of Maintenance (EoM) plus 6 month for select critical fixes with additional Updates, as required.

Support Information
PLMS will continue to provide support and assistance for Solid Edge.  PLMS will attempt to duplicate any possible code defects on the revision of software in which the defect is reported (when available) and on the current release or Update of the product.  PLMS will not create a PR unless the problem can be duplicated in a supported version of the product.  If it is found that the defect does not occur in the latest revision of the software, the customer will be asked to update their product to the current revision to correct the problem.
