NX How to pin PMI Notes on the graphics screen?

Is there any option to pin PMI Notes in the graphics screen?

i.e. The PMI notes should be fixed on graphics screen and should not respond to the navigation commands like Rotate , Zoom, Pan etc.

Use “Display Parallel to Screen” along with "Lock Size and Position" in the settings of the PMI Note
