Creating technical data packages in batch mode the error "Missing attachment file" is displayed in the PublishTDPResults.log

  The "Missing attachment file" error is displayed if missing the attachment.txt file or does not contain any text in the attachment.txt file [it is empty]. 

if the user defines the correct path of the attachments.txt in the "PublishTDPNativeOptions3DPDF.xml." file and define the correct path of the attached file [.txt and .jpg] as shown in the attachments.txt image, this error can't occur.
