Solid Edge What are Color Handles?

In SE2024 Option, we can change color of Handles 1,2 and 3. There no enough information about Handle in the help.

Could you tell me what are the Handles? It is better to provide a picture.

About Handles in in Solid Edge Options > Colors

It will be displayed as below when you select driving dimension in Solid Edge Part environment.
