Solid Edge Property Manager - missing drop-down feature

From Drawing Creation under Data Management > Property Manager there was supposed to be a drop-down option on "SE Status" which is currently unavailable on the SE 2024 version. 

In Solid Edge, we have given option for top-down behavior.

Means if all children are released then only the top assembly can be released.

If user does not want this behavior then unchecking the above shown option will work.
