What happens when a customer is using cloud-enabled licenses and loses connection to the internet while in a session of Solid Edge? Will the customer be logged out immediately or is there a grace period of a certain amount of time after which the user will be logged out?
With Solid Edge Cloud Enabled licensing, once the user starts a session of Solid Edge the user will be able to continue to run that session of Solid Edge. Should a user lose their internet connection the Cloud Enabled Solid Edge session will continue to run until the user exits Solid Edge or there is a forced exit. After the network connection is established the user will have to log back into their Solid Edge Gateway session.
