NX How to disable the "predict commands" feature when starting NX

When starting NX, "nx_ml_cmd_pred_ui" feature is automatically checked out for license. Is there any way to prevent this?

Reproduced Steps:

1. Start NX

2. Confirm the checked-out feature in the license log(lmtools)

It can be controlled by Customer Defaults setting.

Customer Defaults > Gateway > User Interface > Options > Predict Commands=OFF

This feature is part of NX Command Prediction [NX30179] package. If you don't have this package, 3 tokens will be checked out when launching NX.
