NX "SP-curve/B-Surface Tolerance" value in IGES Export dialog is not memorized.

The value specified as "SP-curve/B-Surface Tolerance" is not memorized in the dialog, and the initial value is displayed even from the second time onwards.

Reproduced Steps:

1. File > Export > IGES...(perform by changing the initial value)

Change the value and perform the command.

2. Again perform IGES Export and confirm the changed value

The vale will go back to the initial value.

This behavior is due to NX problem that has been occurring since NX2306 and will be fixed in NX 2406.

Workaround : Change this on the dialog every time while performing IGES Export command.
