NX Prefix such as "X", "Y" and "Z" in Coordinate Note（Legacy） becomes blank.

After creating Coordinate Note(Legacy), when I try to create it again, the strings such as "X", "Y" and "Z" that are entered as initial values in the dialog are cleared, and the input field becomes empty.

Reproduced Steps:

1. Create Coordinate Note(Legacy)

2. Again try to create it

This behavior is due to NX problem. There are existing PRs.

Workaround: Press Reset button in the dialog or enter “X=“ manually in the field

It occurs in NX 2306 and NX 2312.
