How to select only balloons having same shape from Draft Sheet?

This can be achieved using following steps

1) In a draft, from select use option SmartSelect

2) Select a Balloon-This will open SmartSelect Option

3) From this use option Element Type-Balloons with same shape

4) Hit OK and this will select Balloons with same shape.
