NX How to modify precision in mass properties columns.

sometimes it is necessary to adjust the number of comma digits in the ANT.

The precision in mass properties columns in the ANT (and mass property panels) can be adjust by modify the decimal digits via the User Interface Preferences in the Dialog and Precision area.

The Navigator ( ANT) code picks up the decimal places from the UI Preference dialog.

We can change this to upto 11 (max)
