Unable to remove projects on item revision in NX which assigned from Active workspace

Item / Item revision setting in NX is key to control the assignment of project on This revision or All revision settings in AWC.

Customer Default: Project assignment Object using Assembly Navigator: Item

1. Create a Part in NX & Save

2. Open the Part Rev in Active Workspace and Assign Project (eng1) using the "This Revision" option.

-> This will assign the Project to Item Revision.

-> No Project is getting assigned to the Actual Item

3. In NX, Try to remove the Project (eng1), through Assembly Navigator.

-> It will not remove any project on Item, as it was not assigned to it.

This is correct behavior.

You can check TC Nav inside NX, to check the project assignment\removal on item\item revision

You can also verify that Project removal is not present in TC RAC after point 2.

If the Customer Default setting for Project assignment Object using Assembly Navigator is set to Item Revision then it would be in sync with the "This Revision" project assignment of AWC.
