Often it is difficult to know which is your active Webkey Access Code (WAC). Most importantly, you should avoid using the content of your license file in order to determine your WAC.
So how do you determine your active WAC?
SolutionPlease note: Only the designated Site Administrator is able to log in and determine the active WAC.
Begin by logging in to Support Center as the Site Administrator.
Locate the 'Account Center' block - this may not be immediately obvious, but is found in the bottom right hand corner of the Home page.
Next click on 'Sites and Users' .
Once on the 'Sites and Users' page, if you have multiple Sold tos/Site IDs you will need to identify which one you need the WAC for.
You may have several pages of Sites - in which case, it is advisable to use the 'Site Name' search field and input the Sold to/Site ID or company name.
Once the correct Sold to/Site ID is identified you will be able to see the corresponding active WAC.
