Generated Parts are getting copied to assembly folder and not in working folder

To have generated part to be copied in Working folder an option 'Copy to working folder' required to check from Part Management Administrator.  If this is checked the part is generated as usual, plus a copy is created in the working folder (a default storage of copied standard parts). The copy is then referenced in the assembly.

Along with this if 'Use assembly folder as working folder' is checked then the generated parts are copied to the location of the assembly which they are placed to instead of the working folder.
