Solid Edge Command tooltips are blank and missing text.

Command tooltips are blank and missing text.

This can be fixed by setting Auto HDR off from windows settings.

Steps to set this off:

1) Open Windows Settings

2) Go to System.

3) Go to Display.

4) Look for HDR and click on it.

5) Expand Display Capabilities

6) Set Auto HDR to off.
