Solid Edge Start is failing after installation of Solid Edge Wiring and Harness Design 2024 (2310)

Customer installed Solid Edge Wiring & Harness Design, but it is not running - throwing several error messages.
They believe it may be a licensing error, as there is no advice provided regarding setup.

In order to enter/register the license file, the user needs to set the System Variable "SEE_LICENSE_SERVER", e.g.

SEE_LICENSE_SERVER= C:\Licenses\WHLicense.lic (if Node Locked license), or
SEE_LICENSE_SERVER=29000@hostname (if using a License Server) - or may need to use Port 28000, depending on the License Server Configuration.

If Wiring & Harness continues starting with an error afterwards, make sure to start "Solid Edge Electrical ..." Services manually:

After a reboot, starting of Services should work automatically.
