NX Move by Constraints - Early Access Feature

Move by constraints are to be set as  Early Access feature from NX2312 onwards if you want to use the old constraints.

In NX2312 the move component by constraint option has been removed the move component dialog. It was removed because we intent to remove the old assembly constraints UI (see picture below) from NX everywhere.

Components can still be moved without creating constraints. The user can turn off the Create Persistent Constraints toggle in the assembly ribbon and then use the new constraint commands without creating constraints. For most customers this will be enough.

However, there may be certain workflows that are not covered and for this reason we added the Early Access Feature toggle. This allows us to track how many people still use the old UI.

The new old functionality will be removed if there are no serious issues. Enabling the old UI just for nostalgic reasons is not to be advised.
