Solid Edge Cannot rotate Simulation Force direction

I want to rotate the direction of a Force with the Steering Wheel and set the Angle in Solid Edge Simulation.

Unfortunately I cannot rotate the steering wheel.  How to set the direction?

When you place the Force, select the Steering Wheel center and place it.

To set the angle, use 'shift+click' on the Steering Wheel Torus.  Then you can set the angle.
