NX Identify Hole Features Around the Entire OD of a Cylinder

Only half the holes are being recognized on the outer diameter (OD) of a cylinder. 

There is a little known parameter, Merge Factor, found in Menu, 'Preferences-->Manufacturing-->Geometry (tab)', 'Maximum Merge Factor'.

This factor is multiplied by the hole diameter. If the number is less than the gap between the holes, then it is considered to be two separate hole features machined from each side.

If the number is greater than the gap between, then it is considered to be one hole feature machined from one side.

NX uses the following formula to determine the maximum distance between the faces of a single feature.
