NX Extending boss milling path below the surface

Is there a way to make the boss milling cut below the bottom of the feature surface?

The operation itself only has a Top Offset parameter to start cutting above the cylindrical face by a certain amount. In order to get the path to extend below the bottom of the cylindrical face like this:

we have to edit the Height of the feature in the feature geometry definition. In this case, the 100mm modeled height of the cylinder was replaced with a value of 115mm to get the path 15mm below the bottom edge of the face:
