NX Sketch dimension displays with a comma delimiter when perform Add/Remove Expression

When performing an Add/Remove Expression to a sketch dimension, the decimal delimiter is displayed as a comma and the user needs a period.

This behavior is controlled via the PMI Preferences dialog the behavior at Common-> Dimension-> Text-> Units-> Decimal Delimiter
