Solution

The column sets are stored in this file:C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\Tecnomatix\Process Simulate\<version>\PedColumnDataAll.xml

Be aware these can be deleted from the Tecnomatix Doctor / Tools / Reset Current User Settings.
