The robot program download file does not contain Group 3 axis values.The .sy and robot configuration file have Group 3 defined.The robot has 2 external axes defined, and the locations of the path have 2 external axis values each.
Setting Gun 1 on the path header (use RJ3 teach pendant) downloads the axis values in the correct group assigned for gun1 as defined in the .sy file, and setting Gun 2 on the path header downloads the axis values in the correct group for gun2 as defined in the .sy file. The .sy file is created using the Setup submenu of the RJ3 teach pendant.
For Material Handler programs (no external axis values) use an empty .sy file for the robot (file must exist, but no content).
