Siemens PLM Licensing Cannot download license file - UG_PRODUCTS version undefined

In this example, a Customer or Partner is trying to download a Solid Edge license file via LM Admin or PartnersXpress. and gets the error message - "UG_PRODUCTS version undefined":

What is the reason for this and how to correct it?

This indicates that the customer has different product families in their license file, in this case Solid Edge and Solid Edge Included CAM.  Solid Edge Included CAM belongs to the UG product family.  The problem is that in SAP the Product Line Classification has been entered incorrectly.  

Since the customer has different product families in the license file - here Solid Edge and Solid Edge Included CAM - these need to be listed in SAP in the Installation Configuration Report ( ZCON) in the Product Line Classification for both Solid Edge and UG products e.g. 

To resolve the issue, the assigned CAA (Customer Administration Agent) will need to correct this in SAP for the customer's Sold-to ID.

Once the UG product changes are made to the Sold-to ID in SAP, the license file can be downloaded without issue.
