Once a customer exceeds the maximum number of used emergency licenses, is it possible to reset the count of emergency licenses?
SolutionA customer can download three emergency licenses during any 60-day period.
Once the customer reaches this three license limit, new emergency licenses cannot be generated until the 60-day period has expired.
It is not possible to reset the number of generated emergency license files, even if the previously generated emergency licenses were not used.
If a customer has exceeded their maximum number of emergency license files and needs another emergency license, the customer can contact PLMS and PLMS can override and generate an additional emergency license file.
