What are the two different volumes reported in the Measure Command?

There is a good possibility that the 'Other' option under the Result Filter group has been enabled.  This icon will be highlighted and can be toggled On/Off.  The Measure Preferences can also be reviewed to see if Bounding Box is enabled on the 'Other' tab.
