NX Can't Edit Origin of PMI in Manufacturing Module

 In NX 2212, PMI can't be dragged to a new origin while in the Manufacturing module, like it can be in the Modeling module.

 This has been resolved in NX2306. The workaround in NX2212 is to double-click the PMI while in the Manufacturing module, and then the origin can be edited by selecting a new location. Additionally, while in the Modeling module, the PMI origin can still be dragged to a new location.
