Solid Edge Importing foreign formats (IFC/STEP) results in much larger Solid Edge file size

A customer notices that after importing either IFC or STEP files that the file size in Solid Edge is many times larger than that of the original file formats.

A larger size is to be expected as the IFC/STEP is converted to native Solid Edge format.

The Solid Edge data model will require that much more size.
