Solid Edge 2D Nesting - "Ultra unlock encountered an error, running standard nesting engine"

The user is getting the following error message when using Solid Edge 2D Nesting:

Steps To Reproduce: 

-Start 2D Nesting

-Select "import parts" dxf/dwg button, select a *.dxf files

-Select sheet tab and create sheet, select a sheet or create a sheet if non available.

-Select nesting tab, click the start button.

Problem: Error "Ultra unlock encountered an error, running standard nesting engine" pops up.

The problem is that without this function is that it will not rotate the component for best fit.

This is a particularly rare issue - the fix will be supplied in an update to the application Solid Edge 2D Nesting.
