NX mfk in dataset name

- In NXManager, after executing
    File --> Export --> STEP

  nxmgr shows an unexpected default dataset name.

- The Export STEP File dialog, 
  after setting Output File Destination to 
    Teamcenter

  shows "MFK" as part of the dataset name value

- However, MFK ( MultiFieldKey ) has not been implemented
  for use with these nx/manager part types.

- Also occurs with default OOTB type of Item.

- The preference
    TC_MFK_DEFAULT_DOMAIN

  did not have a value.

- After setting to the default value of 
    Item

  the default Dataset Name value 
  included item id and revision id
  *without* "MFK"

Also occurred with Export IGES File dialog window.
