Solid Edge Discovery Center not displaying content

When attempting to access the Discovery Center content, no page content is being displayed 

The Discovery Center web content accesses the following web locations:

• https://video.sw.cdn.siemens.com/ 

• https://cloud.sw.siemens.com/ 

• https://docs.sw.siemens.com/ 

Using a text editor, you can extract explicit links for testing from the <Solid Edge install folder>\Program\ResDLLs\<locale>\HTMLDLGS\js\discoverycontent.json” file.  For example, for the default Solid Edge 2024 install location in English this would be “C:\Program Files\Siemens\Solid Edge 2024\Program\ResDLLs\0009\HTMLDLGS\\js\discoverycontent.json”.

The user should be able to access all these locations from within a standalone web browser on their workstation. If any of the content is not displayed or blocked in a standalone web browser, then the user will need to engage with their IT support team to white flag the above domains in their network routings.
