Solid Edge 'UnsupportedServer' message while connecting to Standard Parts Server

When attempting to connect to the Solid Edge Standard Parts server using the Parts Management Administrator version 2023, an error message stating 'UnsupportedServer' is displayed, and the connection is unsuccessful.

One possible cause for this message is the fact that we currently support Microsoft SQL Server 2019 as the highest version for Solid Edge Standard Parts 2023.  However, some customers may have Microsoft SQL Server 2022 installed and wish to use it for Solid Edge Standard Parts 2023.  That is currently not possible.

Solid Edge Standard Parts 2024 will support Microsoft SQL server 2022.

With Solid Edge Standard Parts version 2023 we deliver Microsoft SQL Server 2017 which is fully compatible and functions effectively.
