NX Part Spun Outline does not consider a very tiny face from the 3D Model.

In NX CAM Turning if the Turning Geometry geometry has a very small Face, the Part Spun Outline created does not consider this face.

     Changing the Tolerance value of Spun Outline can resolve this issue.

For example if there is a face of 25 micron and it goes undetected in the Spun Outline.

Go to :

Menu > Preference > Manufacturing  >  Geometry > Spun Outline

Change the tolerance to 0.005 or to a value where you get the desired Result.
